Because Ink & Ember offers a surprise reading experience, all Blind Date with a Book purchases are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns once an order has been opened or unwrapped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help.

Duplicate Titles

We do our best to avoid sending duplicate books. If you receive a title you already own, please reach out — we’re happy to assist with an exchange or store credit.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged items or errors on our part.
